Footy is nearly here again!

A big welcome to all players, parents & guardians, club officials, volunteers, sponsors and supporters of the Kiama Power to the 2017 Aussie Rules season.

Registration is now up and running and we’re hoping we can get record numbers this season. If you know anyone that’s keen to give Aussie Rules a go, just point them to the new web page for all the info they need or get them to contact any of our Committee members.

The fixtures for the Seniors and Juniors are still being put together by the League. It may be a while before they’re finalised and published, particularly the Auskick / Junior fixture which hinges on the number of teams registered by each Club in each age group dependent upon registrations. We’ll get these published on the web site as soon as they’re released by the League.

This year the Seniors, U17’s and also the U15’s will play in a crossover competition made up of teams from the Illawarra and Shoalhaven Leagues. All other Junior teams will still play in the Illawarra League.

We’ll try to keep you up to date with all important happenings around the Club, so keep an eye on these posts and the Events section of the new Web Site.

As you can see, we’ve launched a new web site!

Based on lots of feedback you’ll see that this is now a single Web Site for both the Junior and Senior Clubs. This is a place you can go to find all the latest news, upcoming events, photos, links to key information and registration and a bunch of other things. We hope you like the new layout and information within.

Its still a work in progress and we’d love your feedback on what you like, what you don’t like and how you think it can be further improved. Please remember though, we’re all just volunteers…not professional web designers…so some things may be beyond us or it may take us a little while to figure out how to do it.

If you have any articles or photos that you think would be good to publish on the Web Site, please submit these to the Web Administrator (Matt Odlum) or to the relevant Club President (Darren Williams for the Seniors or Tim Martin for the Juniors).
